Summary

Credit to Team Liquid for the original strategy.
This PvP strategy employs the Immortal to do significant damage to your Protoss opponent. With an army of 3 Stalkers, 4 Zealots, a Sentry, and an Immortal at 7 minutes it's pretty fierce. In reality you'll have 3 more Stalkers as soon as you clash since you can warp them in along the way. The micro up front is important to hit your timing and build just right to get the 3 early Stalkers. In higher level play push these Stalkers out immediately to snipe any proxy pylon your opponent snuck near your base and to clean up the standard 1 Zealot, 1 Stalker, 1 Sentry they're likely to have.

Details

Make sure you stop Probe production at 20/26 supply so you can get your 3 Stalkers out. Make sure after you drop your Cybernetics Core you do not Chrono Boost your Nexus anymore as you'll need 3 saved up to pump your Stalkers out. As always, focus on your opponent's Sentries so they don't halve your army on their ramp.

Transitions

You'll want to stick with Gateway units and Immortals for the time being. Grab your expansion after your first push and drop 2 more Gateways and 1 additional Robotics Facility. You'll also want a Forge and Twilight Council to research upgrades and these should be secured right as you're expanding as well. After your 2nd or 3rd wave of Immortals comes out grab an Observer and scout your opponent. If you see them sticking with Gateway units you can continue along with Immortals or even drop a Robotics Bay for the almighty Colossus. If they're going air your Blink Stalkers should suffice and drop a couple Photon Cannons by your mineral lines to prevent any Phoenix harassment.
